CCA Hybrid Event
Challenge: We were entrusted with shaping both the execution and creative concept of the first-ever virtual Commercial Communications Academy. Our goal was to craft a compelling narrative and cohesive visual identity that would set the tone for the event while ensuring an engaging and seamless experience for participants.

Solution: To spark interest and establish an immediate connection with attendees, we kicked off with a teaser video humorously depicting communication struggles on Teams—an instantly relatable and entertaining way to introduce the hosts and moderators. This lighthearted approach helped break the ice and foster engagement from the outset.

With the event taking place across Zürich and Copenhagen, we combined live and pre-recorded content to deliver a dynamic and immersive experience. To maintain audience engagement throughout, we integrated:

Live polls and Q&A sessions to encourage interaction

Custom thematic animations, transitions, and graphics for a cohesive look and feel across both locations

A seamless blend of live and recorded segments to keep the content fresh and engaging
Results: The first-ever IO virtual event was a resounding success, earning one of the highest engagement scores for this type of event. By blending creativity, interactivity, and strategic storytelling, we delivered a truly immersive and memorable experience for all participants.
