'PARTY COMRADE' CAMPAIGN

Novo Nordisk CCA 2020 - Hybrid Event
Challenge:
We were tasked with assisting the execution of the Academy as well as the creative concept which will encompass the overall narrative and look and feel of the 1st virtual Commercial Communications Academy.
Solution:
We engaged the audience with a teaser video showcasing the team having communication issues on Teams. This was a fun as relevant video for the viewers. They could connect to the hosts and moderators. Once this connection was made it was easier to engage with the participants during the virtual event. The event was taking place in 2 places: Zürich and Copenhagen and made of mix of live and pre-recorded videos. To keep our audience captivated throughout each day, we had polls and live Q&A sessions. We also produced thematic animations, transition elements and graphics to give a unified look and feel from Zürich to Copenhagen.
Results:
The 1st IO virtual event was very well received and recieved one of the highest scores for this kind of event.
